We are on day 9 of the recording process for the new album, doing drums, bass and guitars at an old community hall on Hornby Island BC, off the western coast of Canada. It's a beautiful island and the music is weaving together in a way that we're all very happy with so far. More news soon and check the photos page for some pictures. JANUARY 15, 2008
Happy new year everyone...Sorry we have been quiet of late, we are almost finished writing the new record and will be recording it in February and March on the west coast of Canada. We have over 30 new songs and are trying to narrow them down. Either that or expect a double album! We are pleased to say that Neil Osborne will be producing again. More news as things progress... Jets Overhead music is featured in the new CBC dramatic series "MVP". The show airs every Friday at 9pm local time on CBC in Canada. Episode 2 (January 18) will feature Killing Time, and Episode 5 (February 8) will feature Take-Out. OCTOBER 15, 2007

"Lost Melodies: A Collection of Rarities, Demos, And Remixes" features b-sides (Shooting Star, Suicide Machines), demo versions recorded in our rehearsal spot (Blue is Red, Shadow Knows, Bridges) and remixes of old EP songs by Warne Livesey (Sun Sun Sun, Addiction). Lost Melodies also features past drum work by our friend and founding bandmember Brendan Pye.
